All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
We ship to all 50 US states. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing. Expedited 2-day and overnight options are available at checkout for an additional fee. Free standard shipping is available on wholesale orders over $300.
Large wholesale orders (50+ units) may require additional processing time of 2–5 business days. For orders exceeding 200 units, please contact us directly for freight shipping options and custom pricing. We work with trusted carriers to ensure your bulk orders arrive safely and on time.
We currently ship to Canada, the UK, and select EU countries. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. Estimated delivery for international orders is 7–21 business days.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. Standard domestic rates start at $8.99. Orders over $300 qualify for free standard shipping. Expedited options are available at checkout.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of your order, please contact us.
Creativ Union is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier office first. Contact us if the issue remains unresolved and we will work with the carrier to investigate.
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we can update the address if the order has not yet shipped.
